We are lucky to be living in one of the most beautiful parts of England (the most beautiful according to us!). Lucerne Meadow Holidays is located in the quiet hamlet of Towan, a relaxed stroll from both Treyarnon Bay and Constantine Bay. There are plenty of local pubs and restaurants offering tasty ware, as well as local shops providing the basics plus the essential beach equipment.
A short hop in the car takes you to the quay in Padstow in just under 15 minutes (well worth a day’s amble around); or head south to Newquay in around 25 minutes (or longer, if you want to wind around the country lanes to visit bays and coves).
A bit further afield, you can escape from it all on the wilds of Bodmin Moor, submerge yourself in myth and legends at Tintagel Castle and step back in time by visiting the old mines and engine houses dotted about the landscape. Take a day trip to the city of Truro with it’s magnificent cathedral and cobbled streets or have a taste of the tropics at The Eden Project.
